BedWatch Africa is an initiative of Babykaafo. BedWatch Africa is operated by Babykaafo and BedWatch Africa Limited, together referred to as "BedWatch Africa", "we" or "us", and they act as the data controller under the Ghana Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843). Data Controller registration with the Ghana Data Protection Commission (Act 843) is pending.
What you can ask us for
- Access to the personal data we hold about you
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion of your data, where the law allows it
- A copy of your data in a portable format
- An explanation of how your data is used, including by which third parties
